Tbilisi: Delivery within Tbilisi is carried out within 2–3 business days.
Regions: Delivery to regions across Georgia is carried out within 5–7 business days.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not accept international orders.

Delivery Issues and Responsibility

Please carefully check all fields when placing your order. LOMADZE is not responsible for delayed or lost orders due to an incorrectly provided shipping address.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not received within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at:

In case of damage, please include relevant photos to help us provide a faster resolution.

Undeliverable or Abandoned Packages

If a order cannot be successfully delivered, it may:

  • Be returned to LOMADZE.

  • Be classified as abandoned by the courier.

Please note: if a order is returned or classified as abandoned due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address or failure to pay applicable fees), the customer will be responsible for all associated costs.
